Shamim Akhtar is employed as a washerwoman and resides in a one-room rented apartment. She has three daughters and one son. For the past 15 years, she has been battling diabetes and excruciating joint pain. Yet, there's a deeper pain in her eyes, one that never fades. In 2005, her world was shattered when her only son vanished, leaving an irreplaceable void. Over time, her vision has dimmed, and she now grapples with cataracts and poor eyesight. Amidst her hardships, she urgently requires assistance to access the life-saving medications. Let's come together to offer the support she needs, providing not only medicine but also a renewed sense of hope and love from the community
